I took beans when we did Vegas/phoenix trip in October. That way I could grind when I needed it. We were gone a month. I have a kitchenaid grinder that was my brothers. It’s small and fits in the camper perfectly. We always get coffee beans at Costco in Vegas anyway. My daughter and family got moved down. They are looking for a house. They’re making an offer on one they looked at yesterday.

It used to take them well over two hours for them to do Lulu. I never got that. It once was 5 hours!

It says when food is left out more than 2 hours, it reaches the danger zone from wuickly developing bacteria. When i worked in the resturant industry, i had to take a food safety class. My bosd wouldnt ever go out to eat because she said she didnt know how they thawed their meat.I am 76 now and that has stuck with me.

Perhaps I could shed a little bit of light on your question about dog grooming appointments... Yes Sally is a short hair Chihuahua and she is small but not all dogs meet the same criteria. All dogs will get bathed, some dogs get shaved down while others get hands scissored for part of or all of their body. Depending upon each breed the drying time for the fur is different. Some dogs just towel drying is sufficient before the hair cutting session. For dogs that have a thicker coat there is a drying room prior to the hair clipping process. This system allows the groomers time to get several dogs bathed and prepped for the next procedure in such a way that it manages their time efficiently. There are morning appointments and there are afternoon appointments. Obviously some dogs the complete hands on process will be shorter while others will be longer. I understand this whole process and procedure because my daughter has been a groomer for 25 years and I have actually been there on numerous occasions and have observed throughout the day. This system allows them to service multiple dogs throughout the day without any animal to remain on location for any unnecessary length of time. This time management system is also instituted in the Dental profession and the Hair Salon industry. This type of system has been implemented and improved on for multiple decades. This was just a brief explanation and I hope it helps you to understand.

The FDA and other attendant organizations sold out years ago to big food, big pharma, etc. I learned not to trust them years ago while studying nutrition in college. I majored in human physiology, and I understand how the body functions, and what it needs to thrive. Even back then they were not teaching proper nutrition, and it has just been getting worse ever since. It’s always been a one size fits all approach, which we know won’t work, since every BODY is different. It’s up to us to educate ourselves enough to learn what is the proper human diet (Dr. Ken Berry’s term) for each of us as individuals.

I am doing The carnivore with you however my scales were mean to me today. I gained a pound and a half. I think it's water weight because my rings were tight this morning. 😮 So hoping that next week my scales will be going back down again. I have not been sleeping well and I took Tylenol for my back pain. I am one of those who do not care for lamb I have tried it a few times in different ways and still didn't care for it but it always looks delicious.

Im doing Carnivore with you. Ive lost 4 pounds so far and feel great. Im sleeping has been off, but i did sleep last night. It showed on the scales. I dont do any of the extra special foods. Just meats, eggs, butter.

I love Egglife Wraps. I eat 1`2 almost everyday. Hard to find around here. Aldi sells them for $4.99 a pack. I’ve seen them st Whole Foods but they want $8 for a pack. Ibotta says ShopRite and Walmart sell them but that’s not true, neither do not. I checked with Courtesy and they are not in the computer. We have also had terrible windy and rainy weather here in NJ. Bushes and trees have lost branches and we lost power 2x. We have a generator thankfully.
